• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.

• If anyone under the age of 18 registers an account and this is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is applicable once only and exclusively for new accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements (typically 15–30x) must be met first.
• Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

VIP Bonus

Betting Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before placing a bet on 7bat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 7bat reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet.
• In Sports Betting, confirmed bets will remain at the odds in place at the time of confirmation, regardless of subsequent changes.
• Bets placed to exploit technical delays during live betting may be voided.
• The maximum bet amount per account is determined by the player's tier and the type of game.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or games.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other players or 7bat staff.
• Registering an account with false information or attempting to bypass verification.

Prior to account closure, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity.

• Complaints can be submitted via a support ticket.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs shall serve as the definitive record.
• If a resolution cannot be reached internally, independent arbitration is available.
